Welcome to Teddy Beariere™. These Terms of Service govern your use of www.teddybco.com and any purchases made through our online store.

3. Products and Collections

Some products are made to order by third-party fulfillment partners. Small variations in print placement, embroidery, color, texture, or construction may occur and are not necessarily defects.

Bear Bottom™ is a limited-stock collection. Products may sell out without notice and may not be restocked. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it.

4. Prices and Payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Taxes, shipping charges, duties, and other applicable fees may be added during checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize us and our payment processors to charge the total amount shown at checkout.

We may correct pricing errors, cancel an affected order, or contact you for instructions if an incorrect price was displayed.

5. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation email acknowledges that we received the order but does not guarantee acceptance.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Inventory or fulfillment limitations

Unusually large quantities that appear intended for unauthorized resale

6. Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed after an order enters production, fulfillment, or shipping. Made-to-order production may begin shortly after checkout.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Processing and delivery estimates are described in our Shipping Policy. They are estimates rather than guarantees unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders containing products fulfilled from different locations may arrive in multiple packages and on different dates.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address. Please contact us immediately if you notice an address error.

8. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns, refunds, exchanges, damaged-product claims, and non-returnable items are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Please review that policy before purchasing, particularly for made-to-order and limited-stock products.

If you submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion, or other content, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, obscene, or abusive.
